The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral for                                      
the following at the request of Representative Anderson, Chair:                                     
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 212                                                                              
    "An Act relating to trusts, including trust protectors, trustee                                 
    advisors, transfers of property in trust, and transfers of trust                                
    interests, and to creditors' claims against property subject to a                               
    power of appointment."                                                                          
                                                                                                    
HB 212 was removed from the Labor & Commerce Committee and                                          
referred to the Judiciary Committee.
